Refund and Shipping Policies

RETURN POLICIES

For quality and sanitary reasons, no refund or exchange will be possible if the item has been opened or used.

Within 15 days following your order reception, you can, for any reason, return an item to ClementDesignCanada.com and obtain a full refund (we will also refund reasonable shipping costs if the return results from an error of ours) to the following conditions :
  • Items must be returned unused in their original condition
  • Used items are never refunded

Only items purchased on ClementDesignCanada.com can be returned and refunded. We do not exchange, except for defective or damaged items. Items returned more than 15 days after receipt, items that are not in condition to be restocked or incomplete will be subject to return costs at our discretion. We cannot accept returned items after 30 days. 30 days after the the transaction, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. We confirm your refund by email when the returned item has been received and processed. You will receive the refund by the same payment method you use to purchase the item within 7 to 14 business days following the receipt of your returned item. If the return does not result from a mistake of ours, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. Please note that Clément Design Canada will not pay for shipping costs when you decide to return an item. Choosing the delivery service is at your discretion. However, we encourage using regular “on earth” service. This minimizes shipping costs and, most importantly, the risk of customs charges and taxes. Make sure to include insurance and tracking number to the shipping service you choose. If the package is damaged or lost by the shipping service, you can claim for their compensation. Please note that you are responsible for the item you send until it arrives at our warehouse. Always include a full version of your return form and personal comments in the package, specifying whether it is an exchange, refund or, in cases our return policy applies, a repair. Occasionally, we recommend that you track the package to ensure a smooth return. We manage your return usually within 24-48 hours after the arrival of the package at our warehouse. Make sure that the package was delivered before contacting us for any questions about refund, exchange or repair.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Our order processing policy ensures that your order will be handled within 24 to 48 hours after receipt, subject to availability of items. Then, normal delivery time will apply.

  1. Shipping
    Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by mail of shipping date, carrier’s name and delivery date. Sales taxes may apply to your order, depending on where you live.

  2. In store pick up

    If you choose in store pick up, you will receive by email or telephone a pickup notice to indicate when your order is ready to be picked up in sotre. This notice will be sent as soon as possible.
